Custom mouthguard cases that help athletes clearly distinguish otherwise identical mouthguards — on the mat, in the locker room, at the dentist.

Custom art and colourways mean no more swapping guards with a training partner by accident.
Micro-perforations keep your guard dry between sessions — no more locker-bag funk.
Tough polymer shell and recessed hinge survive being thrown in a kit bag.
Custom mouthguard cases by Ewan Wills are personalised, two-colour 3D-printed cases that let athletes clearly distinguish otherwise-identical mouthguards. Each case is custom-designed using artwork or text the customer supplies; a 3D render is sent for confirmation before printing. The shell is a tough polymer with a recessed hinge and vented micro-perforations to keep the mouthguard dry between sessions. Cases fit standard mouthguards (approximately 62 × 46 × 21 mm). £24 per unit, ships from the United Kingdom; bulk and team-branded orders welcome.
| Aspect | Custom case by Ewan Wills | Generic mouthguard case |
|---|---|---|
| Distinguishability | Personal art / logo — instantly recognisable | All look the same in a kit bag |
| Branding for gyms/teams | Yes — bulk-branded orders available | Not without separate stickering |
| Drying / hygiene | Vented micro-perforations | Often sealed |
| Durability | Tough polymer, recessed hinge | Varies — many are thin moulded plastic |
| Price | £24 | ~£3–£10 |
| Best for | Athletes & gyms wanting branded, distinct cases | Anyone who only owns one mouthguard |
A generic case wins on price and is fine if you only own one mouthguard. Once you own two — or train at a gym where everyone has the same one — distinguishability becomes the point.
Attach an image and any extra details. Cases print in two colours, so make sure the design works that way. Very small details may be lost (0.4 mm nozzle). I'll come back with a 3D render before anything is printed.
